Please note that the price that is mentioned in the commission post is a base price that includes the component you see on the reference. This means that adding significantly complex elements (such as background details, complex body parts, parts of the environment, additional characters, and yada-yada) will require additional pricing, which will depend on the certain matter, so let’s discuss! 🤍

Payment takes place after we have discussed the character, the idea, estimated delivery time, and have come to an agreement.

I accept full prepayment via PayPal (USD), including a PP fee (8%)

Payment plans are available for commissions above $200! The process will start once the full prepayment is provided, until then your funds will be on hold.

All payments are final and non-refundable. Please ensure you are certain about commissioning before proceeding with your payment.

We discuss the estimated delivery time at the beginning of the process. I mostly work in the frame “from X to Y weeks”, but I’m super okay with setting certain deadlines if needed.

I’ll notify you beforehand if I feel like I’m going off schedule.

I’m always available, feel free to reach me anytime if you want to change something in the time frame or simply poke me for an update! I'm totally cool with that! My current professional goal is to build a more productive working system than it is now, and one of the main aims is to reduce the number of delays to a minimum.

I will provide WIPs at your request. There are always options whether to have your commission as a total surprise or to be a fully controlled process. Whichever you prefer!

You can make edits at any stage but keep in mind that the sooner you point to some mistake the easier it will be for me to fix it.

You can post WIPs in open access.

If I made any mistakes, you may request changes to the commission for free. If these mistakes are caused by information you forgot to provide, I will charge a fee, depending on the time required for the change.

In the end, I’ll prove you a link to a Google Drive folder that will contain full-sized images and WIPs (if there were any).

I don’t have a public Trello board with my commission queue, so if you’d like to know the updates on the status of yours just DM me! Just consider the time zone — mine is GMT+4

You’re welcome to use your commissioned piece for any personal, non-commercial use.

I reserve the right to own the copyright to the artwork I created, which means you are not allowed to use it for commercial purposes unless previously discussed and agreed upon / permission is given.

You are allowed to post your commissioned art to any of your online galleries/social media/any platforms as long as you link it to one of my social media profiles — @sebbymeister

You are not allowed to sell digital files of your commission and/or rights to the finished artwork, mint NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens), or any blockchain/cryptocurrency-related technology.

I retain all intellectual property rights to the commissioned piece, including the right to use it for promotional purposes, publication, and the production of prints or merchandise.

I reserve the right to post commissioned work on my social media, and to use commissioned art in my portfolio or demo reel.
